Write your intention on the petition paper - what new beginning you're starting or what you wish to manifest. Place the petition paper under the tray. Dress your crescent moon candle with your chosen oil, anointing it from bottom to top while visualizing your intention growing and manifesting like the waxing moon. Place the candle on your fireproof dish and place Jasmine and Mugwort around the base of the candle.
