Place the petition paper under the tray. Dress your lucky horseshoe candle with Good Luck Oil or Absolute Power Oil, anointing it from bottom to top in an upward motion while speaking your wish aloud and visualizing yourself winning with confidence. Place the candle on your fireproof dish and sprinkle High John the Conqueror and Cinnamon around the base of the candle.
