REFUND POLICY

At La Santa Bruja Botanica, we strive to provide a positive and respectful shopping experience for all spiritual practitioners and customers. Due to the nature of many spiritual, ritual, handmade, hygienic, and consumable products, certain items are not eligible for return or refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used spiritual products
  • Candles, oils, incense, herbs, bath products, perfumes, or consumable items
  • Custom, personalized, ritual-prepared, blessed, fixed, or made-to-order items
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

Because many spiritual and ritual items are sensitive, personal, or hygienic in nature, we reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at admin@lasantabrujabotanica.org with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled before processing or fulfillment begins. Once an order has been processed, prepared, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

SHIPPING ISSUES

La Santa Bruja Botanica is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, incorrect addresses entered by customers, carrier delays, customs delays, or packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT

Some products may be fulfilled and shipped by trusted third-party suppliers, artisans, or specialty vendors. Because of this, items may arrive separately and may have varying shipping and processing times.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that violate this policy or appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with normal consumer use.
